This project originated from a specific need to organize entry halls, providing a space to tuck away bags and accessories while maintaining visual order. Born as a tailored solution, it embodies the philosophy of the SPLOT® collection: transforming everyday gestures into a ritual of arrival.
The base of the bench is wrapped in a signature SPLOT® weave, meticulously handcrafted from reclaimed aluminum.
The pattern alternates warm earthy brown tones with silver metallic accents, creating a rhythmic depth that evokes tactile memories.
This specialized texture provides a contemporary aesthetic inspired by industrial weaving traditions, where metal is treated with the delicacy of fabric.
The top features a solid painted wooden lid, doubling as a comfortable seat and a sturdy surface. Inside, a spacious compartment hides daily items, combining minimalist rigor with artisanal warmth.
